Best for initial visits, simple bathroom renovations, tile selection, smaller ground-floor areas and clients who want guided inspiration before confirming a direction.

Option 2£280 + VAT

Project Consultation Service

Best for larger ground-floor areas, multiple rooms, underfloor heating, full home renovations and projects that need plan review, quantity calculation, setting-out guidance and specification support.

The £280 + VAT fee is credited against your final order if you proceed within 60 days.

Review of architectural drawings and floor plans, with estimated tile quantities calculated from the information supplied.
A tile grid overlay showing the visual impact of different tile formats across ground-floor spaces and helping identify optimal layouts, provided you supply to-scale PDF floor plans.
Setting-out guidance for orientation, start points, balanced cuts, thresholds and transitions.
Project-specific technical guidance for subfloors, underfloor heating, movement joints, uncoupling, primer, adhesive, levelling, grout and finishing details.
A written specification summary bringing the key tile selections, quantities and supporting installation considerations together clearly.

Option 3£400 + VAT per bathroom

Bathroom Design Appointment

Best for clients who want a complete, resolved bathroom design rather than product selection alone, with the room developed as one coherent scheme.

The £400 + VAT per bathroom design fee is deducted from your subsequent order when that order exceeds £5,000 + VAT.

A complimentary initial virtual consultation to understand the room, lifestyle, budget and design direction.
Mood boards and a considered material palette.
Spatial planning, floor plans and 3D design visuals.
Elevations and lighting or electrical guidance where relevant.
Full product specification and final presentation with the selected materials in the showroom.

Option 4£400 + VAT

Bespoke Interiors Appointment

Best for clients considering fitted wardrobes, dressing rooms, media walls or bespoke fitted units designed around the room, storage requirements and wider material palette.

The £400 + VAT design fee is deducted from your subsequent order when that order exceeds £5,000 + VAT.

An initial conversation about the room, function, storage, budget and design direction.
Review of room dimensions or scaled plans, photographs and relevant architectural constraints.
Consideration of layout, proportion, internal organisation, finishes and integrated lighting.
A clear bespoke furniture direction developed for review and quotation.
Coordination with relevant tiles, bathroom elements and surrounding finishes where required.

How to choose

The right appointment depends on the support your project needs.

A complimentary Showroom Appointment is ideal when the main goal is to explore materials, refine style direction and understand pricing. For this appointment, you provide the square metres required and we quote against that quantity; we do not calculate quantities from plans. The Project Consultation Service is better when the project needs deeper technical involvement, architectural plan review, estimated quantities, specification support or guidance across several connected spaces. A Bathroom Design Appointment is the right route when the complete bathroom needs to be designed, visualised and specified as one scheme. A Bespoke Interiors Appointment is for made-to-measure fitted furniture such as wardrobes, dressing rooms, media walls and fitted units.

For 120x120 large-format porcelain, ground-floor schemes and indoor-outdoor transitions, the Project Consultation Service is often the stronger route because setting-out, thresholds, external options and installation details have a major impact on the finished result. With to-scale PDF floor plans, it can also include a tile grid overlay to compare formats visually and explore the optimal layout across connected spaces.

You do not need everything finalised before visiting, but the more information and project detail you can provide, the more detailed, accurate and useful our guidance and specification can be.

For a Showroom Appointment

The square metre quantity required for each area. This is essential because quantities are not estimated from plans during a standard Showroom Appointment.
Inspiration images, mood references or photos of the space.
Kitchen cabinet, worktop, paint, metal or wood samples if the tiles need to coordinate with other finishes.
A realistic budget range so suitable options can be shown from the outset.

For the Project Consultation Service

Architectural drawings or to-scale PDF floor plans for quantity estimation and plan review.
To-scale PDF ground-floor plans if you would like a tile grid overlay comparing formats and optimal layouts.
Information on underfloor heating, subfloor type, internal thresholds and outdoor areas where relevant.
Inspiration images, preferred tile formats and any existing material samples.
Details of the rooms being considered so quantities and specification guidance can be approached properly.
Any additional dimensions, construction details, schedules or known site constraints. The quality and level of detail in the specification will reflect the information available to us.

For a Bathroom Design Appointment

Room dimensions or scaled plans where available.
Photos of the existing room and any architectural constraints.
Inspiration images, preferred colours, finishes and the mood you want to create.
A realistic overall bathroom budget and details of any products that must remain or be incorporated.

For a Bespoke Interiors Appointment

Room dimensions or scaled plans where available.
Clear photographs showing the complete room, access, windows, doors, sockets and other fixed constraints.
A list of what needs to be stored, displayed, concealed or integrated.
Inspiration images and preferred timber, colour, metal or surface finishes.
A realistic budget range and intended project timescale.
