Covid-19 Service Update
This section of our website will be updated regularly as the Covid-19 situation progresses. Our main concern is for the safety of our customers and staff and we will be assessing our policies on a weekly basis and in accordance with government advice.
Update: We are now operating the showroom by appointment only in order to enforce the government guidelines and to keep ourselves and out customers as safe as possible.
To our valued customers
Our team at Design Di Lusso are very concerned with looking out for our customers, colleagues and our community. That’s why we will keep stores open where it is safe to do so, to ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with the products that they want, as and when they need them.
For our trade customers, we understand that your livelihood depends on having what you need for your upcoming jobs, so rest assured that we have good stock levels of essentials and tiles in our Watford showroom.
To ensure your safety in our stores, we are adhering to government guidance including cleaning busy areas, payment devices and door handles, and ensuring our store teams understand the role they play in preventing virus transmission through handwashing and self-isolation when necessary.
The safety and welfare of our store colleagues and customers is very important to us, that’s why we are asking our colleagues and customers to practice social distancing whilst in store today.
What does that mean for you?
The same great service and advice, but we’ll be giving you a 2-meter distance between you and us, and we would kindly ask that you do the same, whether that’s from us, or other customers. When paying, please stand 1-meter from the counter and use the card machine wherever possible.
We know that many people will be unable to visit our stores at the present time due to self-isolation or may be trying to reduce unnecessary travel. If this includes you, we would advise using our website to browse our range of products and then calling our team directly. They will be able to assist you.
